A: before making your OEM preprinted rolls, we collect prnting plate cost 200-500usd based on the complexity of artwork. it usually takes us 5-7 days to finish printing.Upon aoorival if artwork and confirmation of your order in bulk quantity, the plate cost would be credited from your order payment
